President Hotel - Forte dei Marmi

The hotel's garden and outside area were well-maintained, providing an excellent spot for relaxation. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious terrace where we enjoyed breakfast. We were impressed with the staff's warm-hearted welcome and polite service. Lastly, the hotel was clean with good electric shutters, providing undisturbed sleep.

The rooms were clean, functional and had everything that you needed.

The front desk were not always so helpful.

We had a great time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect for trip. The hotel is a few steps away from Parco della Versiliana and Bagno Bruno. It took 15 minutes to reach Carducci on foot: )

Hotel was quite close to the beach

For a 4 star hotel the bathroom was not comfortable and needs updating. It did not have any surround ( curtain or glss for the shower which was over the bath, hence a flood everytime you have a shower.Very noisy on Saturday night with a disco until 3.00am. Not very friendly staff.

The location

The staff wasnt friendly, we needed an info and they asked us to use the computer inside with a carefree attitude and charged for the internet instead of helping. (The computer didnt work but they still charged us).. When you pay 150 euros for a hotel, beung charged extra 1.5euros for the internet is very stupid and unnecessary. no shampoo in the rooms.

Christmas at this hotel was great! The decorations were beautiful and created a festive atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to the town center with plenty of restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of sweet and savory options.

The room we were assigned was quite small and outdated, with some stained carpets and tired-looking furniture. The bed was not very comfortable, and we had some trouble sleeping.

I spent my Christmas at this hotel and I must say that the decorations were impressive. The lobby and the dining room were beautifully adorned with Christmas trees and lights. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist you with a smile. Location-wise, it was situated near a shopping center and a park which was a great advantage. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, with a good selection of food and beverages.

My room was a disappointment. It was dusty and the furniture looked outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Moreover, the heating system was not working properly, making the room extremely cold. The bathroom was also in need of renovation as it had mold and stains on the walls. The elevator was also too small, and it was always busy due to the high number of guests. I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches. The hotel provided a private beach area with excellent service. We also loved how close it was to the town center, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast offers a good variety of food. the hotel's facilities also include bicycles to explore the surrounding area.

The food at the restaurant is mediocre, lacking in quality and variety.
